NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC/LINDBLAD EXPEDITIONS CRUISES
VENT pioneered the concept of cruises for birders more than two decades ago. Featuring remarkable destinations, carefully chosen itineraries, and expert field leaders, our trips have exposed thousands of travelers to some of the most spectacular and remote corners of the world. Building on that success, we are excited to announce that in 2010 we will be elevating our birding and natural history cruise program to another level.
Working with two of the most respected organizations in expedition travel, Lindblad Expeditions and National Geographic, we have developed a select set of departures aboard the National Geographic fleet of expedition ships to destinations that showcase some of the world's greatest wildlife spectacles, including the extraordinary Galapagos Islands and incomparable South Georgia Island.
In addition to our signature leaders, we have coordinated with Lindblad Expeditions and National Geographic to develop unmatched teams that include the top naturalists from Lindblad Expeditions and experts from National Geographic, including photographers, writers, and researchers, to craft expedition cruises that are sure to be enjoyed by birders and non-birders alike.
OTHER CRUISE OPPORTUNITIES
VENT is offering the voyages listed below to individuals who are interested in quality expedition cruising. We have selected cruises with excellent itineraries and expedition vessels from companies VENT has partnered with for many years. These cruises will be staffed by the cruise company operating the voyage; a VENT leader will not accompany these cruises.
If you decide to join one of these cruises, we encourage you to book through VENT. Our staff will handle all your arrangements and you will pay the same price you would pay if you booked directly with the cruise company. Additionally, you will receive a voucher from VENT equivalent to 5% of your cruise fee, which may be used on any VENT tour.
